Albemarle wins 3 way match over Monticello & CHS
Albemarle High School golf won a 3 way match with Charlottesville and Monticello Tuesday afternoon at Meadowcreek Golf Course. The AHS team shot 139, Monticello 148 and CHS 158. Low medalist was Kevin Archer of Monticello who shot 32 on the back nine at Meadowcreek. All 4 of Albemarle's golfers shot 37 or better, with both Reines City Champion Lauren Eklund and Tony Liu firing 33. Ben Perkins led the way for CHS with a 36. Next up for CHS is a match at Louisa on September 7th. Monticello hosts Fluvanna at Glenmore September 1st and AHS has a match with Western as well.
